Job summary

INNIO Group is seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee aftermarket service contracts, ensuring timely billing, collections, and KPI achievement. You will assist Field Service Managers with scope changes and act as the escalation point for all aftermarket issues.

This on-site role is based in Houston, TX. The candidate should have a bachelor’s in business or related field, plus experience in energy or industrial sectors, and strong accounting and contract knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in energy/power generation, industrial equipment, or related industry.
• Experience applying accounting principles and navigating contractual frameworks.
• Proficiency in English for reading, writing, and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of aftermarket service contracts from lifecycle to completion.
• Ensure timely billing and receivables collection in line with agreements.
• Coordinate with HQ Cash Collection and Service Teams on financial metrics.
• Escalation point for aftermarket issues and contract execution decisions.
• Plan maintenance schedules with internal teams and customers to meet P&L targets.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly KPIs and support customer satisfaction initiatives.
