Job summary

HireTalent is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead engineering-focused product development initiatives in a hybrid environment in Milwaukee, WI. You will drive planning, execution, and cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Product Marketing, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Quality to ensure on-time delivery of complex products.

You will oversee schedules, budgets, resources, and milestones while applying Agile practices and stage-gate processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Typically 8 years of related project management experience.
• Experience managing projects in an engineering-focused product development or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, stage-gate processes, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of new product development, product introduction, and co-developed product projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product Marketing, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Quality.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
• Apply Agile methodologies and proactively identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
