Job summary

Tailored Management is seeking a Project Manager III in Milwaukee, WI, with hybrid work (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). The role leads development and implementation of new product development projects for SIC, including NPI, brand label, and co-developed products within an Agile framework.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Product Marketing, Manufacturing, and other resources to deliver successful products.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of project management in engineering-centered product development.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with project planning tools (MS Project, Smartsheet).
• Experience with Atlassian suite (Jira, Jira Align, Confluence).
• Familiarity with stage-gate product development processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of product development projects.
• Coordinate resources and manage project budgets and timelines.
• Support agile framework across projects and teams.
• Identify, mitigate, and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Report progress to management and ensure commitments are met.
