Cycles Worldwide, LLC is seeking a dynamic Customer Support Specialist for our Harley-Davidson aftermarket e-commerce. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional support and guiding inquiries to conversions.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, chat, and text; assisting with fitment, orders, returns; and collaborating with shipping and inventory to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and aftermarket parts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing personality with ability to engage customers.
• Experience with Shopify and Gorgias (or similar platforms) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, knowledgeable support via phone, email, chat, and text.
• Assist customers with fitment, product recommendations, orders, returns, and inquiries.
• Manage orders and tickets using Shopify and Gorgias.
• Close sales by identifying needs and offering solutions.
• Stay up to date on product lines including Harley parts and gear.
• Collaborate with shipping, inventory, and operations to satisfy customers.
• Contribute to knowledge base and process improvements.
