Job summary

NW84 Inc. is seeking a friendly and hard-working Customer service / cashier to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will ring up sales, take payments, and issue receipts while ensuring transactions run smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, knowledge of cash register operation, and enthusiasm for Harley-Davidson products; training and a flexible schedule are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service and using a cash register.
• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to work in a team and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist while shopping.
• Operate the register to ring up sales and complete transactions.
• Collect payments by cash or card and issue receipts.
• Process refunds and participate in product promotion events.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory to assist customers.
