Job summary

Smoky Mountain Harley-Davidson is seeking a Parts and Accessories Associate to provide excellent customer service and assist in maintaining a well-organized retail environment. The ideal candidate should have prior experience with parts and accessories and a strong understanding of Harley-Davidson products.

This role involves processing orders, helping customers with their needs, and ensuring a clean and efficient display area. Retail sales experience is a plus!

Qualifications

• Parts and/or Accessories experience is helpful.
• Ability to get along well with customers.
• Knowledge of servicing Harley-Davidson motorcycles is a plus.
• Experience with Point-of-Sale systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process service technicians' parts orders.
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
• Research merchandise requirements in catalogs.
• Manage cash register and payment transactions.
