Qualifications

• Two years' experience in motorcycle industry required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must possess valid driver's license and motorcycle license.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide dealer support via phone, ticket system, and email.
• Assist with warranty, RMA, and product fitment inquiries.
• Enter calls and information into Call Center system.
• Travel to dealerships for troubleshooting and service support.
• Create and maintain service records and documentation.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate dealer visits with Field Support Representatives.
• Attend product trainings and service meetings.
• Coordinate with service department to ensure timely completion.
• Evaluate warranty claims and determine action.
• Maintain a clean, professional work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
