Paycom - ATS is seeking a Paraprofessional to support after-school participants with supervision, engagement, safety, and inclusive participation. This role works with Group Leaders, Activity Specialists, and school staff to help all students, including neurodivergent learners, participate meaningfully.

The position requires patience, reliability, and the ability to adapt to daily program needs, ensuring appropriate expectations and professional boundaries are maintained.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED/equivalent required.
• Experience working with children or adolescents in after-school programs or similar youth-serving environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support supervision, engagement, safety, inclusion, and development of participants in after-school activities.
• Provide classroom-based support to individuals or groups as needed.
• Collaborate with program staff, school personnel, and site leadership to ensure safe and meaningful participation for all students, including neurodivergent learners.
• Maintain professional boundaries and respond calmly to challenging behaviors.
