Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and participate in activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate engaging after-school activities for school-aged children and youth.
• Provide homework assistance and support educational enrichment activities.
• Foster a safe, welcoming environment that encourages youth development.
• Maintain attendance records and complete program documentation.
• Communicate with parents, caregivers, property management, and staff as appropriate.
• Prepare activity materials and maintain an organized program space.
• Support community events and family engagement activities as assigned.
• Ensure activities comply with policies and safety procedures.
