Job summary

Arc Experience is seeking a Program Leader for our Southern California after-school programs. You will guide students through social-emotional learning, homework help, enrichment activities, and new adventures every day.

Requirements include 1+ year in after-school programs, 48+ college credits or proficiency exam, TB test and Live Scan, with bilingual English-Spanish being a plus. This is a part-time, non-exempt role reporting to the Site Coordinator.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in after-school programs or youth recreation.
• 48+ college credits completed or pass an academic proficiency exam.
• TB test and Live Scan background check required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome kids after school daily.
• Organize and lead activities including homework help, crafts, and games.
• Create unique clubs and supervise indoor/outdoor enrichment.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive environment and manage group dynamics.
