Job summary

Arc Experience is hiring a part-time Program Leader to guide after-school activities and enrichment for youth in Southern California. You will greet students, lead homework help, arts and games, and help create clubs such as career readiness, cooking, anime, and dance.

The role emphasizes safety, positive engagement, and adapting activities to diverse needs while collaborating with a Site Coordinator and school staff.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with kids and parents.
• Ability to engage diverse groups.
• Ability to organize and supervise activities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome kids at end of school day.
• Organize and lead homework help, games, arts & crafts, projects.
• Join indoor/outdoor enrichment activities.
• Create clubs (career readiness, cooking, anime, dance).
• Maintain a safe environment and monitor behavior.
• Oversee safety and adapt activities to needs.
