Job summary

EduCare Foundation seeks dedicated Frontline Staff to create safe, engaging after-school experiences that help students explore interests, build confidence, and form meaningful relationships. You will supervise activities, mentor students, and support attendance and program operations with empathy and professionalism.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in youth programs, high school diploma or higher, and the ability to lead diverse activities while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional college credits preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in youth-centered programs.
• Ability to develop engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Must be able to work designated after-school hours.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate engaging activities aligned with program goals.
• Provide mentorship and positive role modeling to students.
• Maintain attendance records and ensure sign-in/out compliance.
• Supervise students actively during program transitions and events.
• Collaborate with Site Coordinator and program leadership to ensure safety.
