EduCare Foundation in Los Angeles County seeks Frontline Staff to create engaging, safe after-school experiences. You will tutor, coach, and mentor students, helping them explore interests and build confidence while supporting attendance and participation.

You will work closely with the Site Coordinator to develop activities, supervise groups, and ensure inclusive, high-quality programs across academic, enrichment, sports, and recreation areas.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or college coursework preferred.
• Two years of experience in youth-centered, educational, after-school, or community programs.
• Ability to develop engaging activities and supervise groups of students.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and facilitate age-appropriate activities (academic, enrichment, sports, recreation).
• Supervise students actively and ensure safety and attendance compliance.
• Recruit students to participate and support events and field trips.
• Collaborate with Site Coordinator and program leadership to ensure quality experiences.
• Document attendance and program activities accurately and with timeliness.
