EduCare Foundation is seeking Frontline Staff to create engaging, safe after-school experiences. You will tutor, coach, mentor, and supervise students, delivering activities and maintaining attendance records.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, social-emotional growth, and inclusive programs. Requires 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in youth programs; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Full-time on-site role with after-school hours.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or 12 college units preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in youth-centered, educational, recreation, or after-school programs.
• Experience supervising groups of students and building positive relationships.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and facilitate age-appropriate academic, enrichment, sports, or recreation activities.
• Maintain attendance records and sign-in/out procedures.
• Mentor, tutor, and supervise students during after-school programs.
• Promote safety, inclusivity, and social-emotional development.
• Collaborate with Site Coordinator and program staff to ensure quality execution.
• Support field trips, events, and program improvements.
