Frontline Staff help bring EduCare Foundation’s mission to life by creating engaging, safe, and supportive after‑school experiences where students can explore their interests, develop new skills, build confidence, and form meaningful relationships. Working closely with the Site Coordinator, Frontline Staff serve as tutors, instructors, coaches, and mentors. Depending on the assigned program, employees may lead academic support, arts, enrichment, leadership, technology, sports, fitness, recreation, or other student‑centered activities. Frontline Staff develop and facilitate engaging programs, actively supervise students, maintain accurate attendance records, recruit students to participate, support events and field trips, and help create an inclusive environment that encourages creativity, self‑expression, teamwork, and social‑emotional development.
