Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities aligned with standards and student needs.
• Deliver individualized and small-group instruction to strengthen skills.
• Collaborate with teachers and program staff to identify students needing support.
• Monitor attendance and track student progress and achievement.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies and procedures.
• Provide supervision during program hours and ensure a safe learning environment.
• Communicate student progress and instructional needs to school personnel.
