West Virginia K-12 Jobs seeks an After School Teacher/Tutor to provide supplemental instruction in Lenore PK8 after regular hours. This extracurricular, contract/hourly role runs Nov 2026–Apr 2027 and focuses on targeted academic support and progress monitoring.

The tutor will work with students individually or in small groups, aligning activities with state standards and program goals, while coordinating with school staff to track outcomes.

Competenze

• Hold a valid West Virginia professional teaching certificate.
• Demonstrate knowledge of effective instructional practices and student assessment strategies.
• Experience with small group instruction to support diverse learners.
• Knowledge of DI to support students toward goals.
• Familiarity with i-Ready diagnostics to pull data and review impact.
