Qualifications

• Ability to work with students of varying abilities and needs.
• Knowledge of i-Ready diagnostics data to monitor intervention impact.
• Experience with small-group instruction to support learning goals.
• Familiar with Differentiated Instruction to meet goals.
• Solid understanding of content standards for specific grades.
• Meet employment, background check, and eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic tutoring and instructional assistance in identified areas.
• Plan and implement activities aligned with standards and student needs.
• Offer individualized and small-group instruction to strengthen skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and program staff.
• Use appropriate interventions and resources for diverse learners.

• Supervise students during program hours and activities.
• Communicate progress and needs to building staff and coordinators.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information per laws and policies.
• Follow applicable policies and professional standards; participate in trainings.
