Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to lead and mentor early childhood educators, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. You will partner with families to support each child's development and contribute to the center's enrollment and accreditation goals.

Requirements include CDA credential or NAECY candidacy, 2–3 years of experience, CPR/First Aid, and the ability to lift 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication with parents.
• Must hold active CDA Credential or be NAECY candidacy in progress.
• Eligible for state trainer role (preferred).
• 2–3 years of early childhood education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• English reading, writing, speaking to communicate with families.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teachers in the classroom, modeling behaviors and giving feedback.
• Implement curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education goals.
• Support center success with enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, authorities, and partners.
