KinderCare Education is hiring a Teacher to lead classrooms, mentor peers, and deliver a caring, standards-based program. You’ll implement the curriculum, partner with families, and help ensure high-quality learning across our centers.

Qualifications

• Customer service, organization, and multi-tasking for diverse situations.
• Active CDA Credential or NAECY candidacy requirements.
• State trainer approved preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain.
• Lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with families.
• Ability to engage with children safely.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum to fit each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to ensure top care and education for children.
• Support center success; collaborate to meet enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Build strong relationships with families, staff, licensing, community, and partners.
