Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated teachers to guide and mentor junior staff, implement our curriculum, and foster a safe, nurturing classroom environment for children. You will partner with families to support their children’s education and engage with center leadership to drive enrollment and accreditation success.

Ideal candidates bring CDA or NAEYC progression, 2–3 years of early childhood experience, and a commitment to safety and inclusive learning.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom.
• Implement curriculum per child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education goals.
• Support center success including enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and partners.
