Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to inspire and guide early learners. You will lead classrooms, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, engaging environment for kids while partnering with families and school staff.

Requires CDA or NAEYC candidacy, 2–3 years ECE, CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain, and a degree in Early Childhood Education preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy in progress.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
