Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead and mentor in an early childhood classroom. You will implement the KinderCare curriculum, create a safe, nurturing environment, and partner with families to support each child's growth and development.

The role requires strong customer service, organization, and English communication skills, plus current CPR/First Aid certification and state qualifications as applicable.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Preferred: CPR and First Aid Certification and state trainer approval.
• 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred and state qualifications as required.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education goals.
• Support center success with recruitment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
