Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to lead classrooms, mentor colleagues, and implement our curriculum to meet the needs of each child in a supportive, engaging environment.

You will partner with parents, contribute to enrollment and accreditation goals, and build positive relationships with families and community partners. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and partners.
