Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to lead classrooms, mentor staff, and implement our curriculum in a safe, nurturing environment. You will partner with parents and center leadership to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement across our nationwide network.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to work with families, licensors, and community partners. Relevant credentials and a willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid are important.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Possess active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
