Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead classrooms, coach peers, and deliver our curriculum in a safe, engaging environment for children. You will partner with families and school staff to support enrollment, accreditation, and program quality across our centers.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and a commitment to early childhood education. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service and strong organizational skills are essential.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid if not currently certified.
• CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy is preferred.
• 2-3 years of Early Childhood Education experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
• Must meet state qualifications and have English communication ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by working with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and community partners.
