Responsibilities

Follow licensing requirements and adapt programming for individual needs (Daily 25%).
Provide basic physical care for children with special needs as assigned (Daily 20%).
Implement 504 plan accommodations and track progress (Daily 20%).
Maintain safety protocols and monitor behavior (Daily 10%).
Prepare materials and assist with events such as drills (Daily 5%).
Communicate with parents and school staff (Daily 5%).
Attend required professional development trainings (Daily 5%).
Perform other duties as assigned and maintain confidentiality (Daily 5%).
