Cherry Creek Schools in Centennial, CO seeks a Before and After School Leader to assist the program director in planning and implementing a high-quality after-school care program. You will develop community relations with families and school clients while helping to prepare and deliver engaging activities.

The role emphasizes enforcing licensing requirements, supervising students, and supporting daily operations with opportunities for professional development and program enhancement.

Formación

• Background check and fingerprinting required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least three months (455 hours) of verified care/supervision experience for four or more children OR EC Professional Credential Level I (or higher) per EC Credential 3.0.
• At least 15 clock hours of training per year (June 1–May 31).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsabilidades

• Follows and enforces Colorado licensing requirements daily.
• Direct supervision and engagement with students during program times.
• Maintain clear communication with parents, students, staff and district personnel.
• Maintain safe conditions for students and staff.
• Promote and market the program for before/after care and full days.
• Attend required professional development trainings as licensing/district require.
• Assist with quality lesson plans and daily activities.
