Job summary

Qualifications

• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required
• Age 18 or over
• Experience caring for four or more children, or possession of an EC credential Level I
• At least 15 clock hours of annual training
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with program activities for individuals and small groups
• Provide physical care and support for children with special needs
• Implement accommodations and progress notes per 504 plan
• Maintain safety protocols and manage behavior
• Prepare materials and assist with attendance and events
