Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Educator to support before/after school programs in partnerschools in Washington. You will prepare activities aligned with learning goals, supervise students, and help create a safe, engaging environment before and after school.

The role requires at least basic state requirements, strong customer service, and the ability to lift 25lbs. Schedule includes early morning and after-school shifts; substitute coverage may vary by day.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building
• Works well in a team environment
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 (preferred)
• Ability to lift 25lbs
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and healthy living
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed

Responsibilities
