Job summary

Nexplore is seeking a part-time instructor to deliver in-person STEM, Digital Tech, Art, Life Skills and/or Fitness programs to PreK-12 students. You will use provided training, lesson plans, curriculum, and materials to prepare and teach engaging classes at partner sites.

Reporting to a Program Success Manager, you’ll work on a flexible schedule and collaborate with site staff. Ideal candidates hold an AA degree (or higher) and have 2+ years of teaching or instructional experience, with strong

• AA degree (or higher) required or preferred.
• 2+ years teaching/instructing experience preferred.
• Must commit to full proposed schedule and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person STEM, Digital Tech, Art, Life Skills and/or Fitness instruction.
• Review lesson plans and materials and teach classes on schedule.
• Maintain professional communication with the Program Success Manager and site staff.
• Use provided training, curriculum and materials to guide student learning.
• Engage families and support students’ active participation in programs.
