Job summary

Nexplore is seeking part-time instructors to deliver high-quality, in-person STEM, digital tech, art, and life-skills instruction to students across PreK-12. Instructors will use provided training, lesson plans, and materials and report to a Program Success Manager.

The role emphasizes punctuality, preparation, and strong communication with site personnel. Responsibilities include following schedules, delivering engaging, standards-aligned lessons, and supporting family engagement initiatives

Qualifications

• Must commit to the full proposed schedule.
• Experience working with children.
• Educational (development or training) experience.
• Great communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, standard-aligned instruction per schedule.
• Teach in-person STEM, Digital Tech, Art, Life Skills, or Fitness to PreK-12 learners.
• Prepare using provided lesson plans, curriculum, and materials.
• Engage professionally with Program Success Manager and site staff.
• Participate in family engagement activities and community building.
