Job summary

Nexplore is seeking a part-time instructor to deliver in-person STEM, Digital Tech, Art, Life Skills, and Fitness instruction for PreK-12 students across assigned sessions. Instructors receive training, lesson plans, and materials, and report to a Program Success Manager.

Applicants should have an AA degree or higher, 2+ years teaching or instructing, and experience with children. Reliable transportation and a commitment to the full schedule are preferred.

Qualifications

• AA Degree (or higher) required.
• 2+ years teaching/instructing (preferred).
• Experience working with children.
• Willing to complete mandatory training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality in-person STEM/Art/Life Skills/fitness instruction.
• Follow provided schedules and review lesson plans/materials beforehand.
• Maintain professional communication with Program Success Manager and site staff.
• Deliver engaging instruction from the program library and tailor as needed.
• Engage families and students to maximize participation in Nexplore programs.
