Job summary

Nexplore is seeking an enthusiastic part-time Robotics & STEAM instructor to deliver in-person STEM, Digital Tech, Art, Life Skills and Fitness sessions to PreK-12 students across assigned sites.

You will use provided training, lesson plans, and materials to engage learners, maintain schedules, and collaborate with site staff and a Program Success Manager, ensuring high-quality instruction and student engagement.

Qualifications

• AA Degree or higher.
• 2+ years teaching/instructing experience (preferred).
• Experience working with children.
• Educational (development or training) experience; teaching degree or certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consistency: follow a provided schedule, arrive on time and prepared to teach.
• Competence: deliver standard-aligned instruction and manage materials.
• Communication: engage with Program Success Manager and site personnel.
• Creativity: deliver instruction from Nexplore’s programs and adapt as needed.
• Community: participate in family engagement efforts and help children access programs.
