Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older and a high school graduate.
• AA or BA in Child Development is highly desirable.
• CD/ECE-related degrees accepted; related fields may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction for all assigned YMCA staff.
• Manage monthly expenses to meet program needs and fiscal goals.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and events for 5-12 year olds.
• Complete and submit program paperwork accurately and timely.
• Schedule and track staff hours and shifts to maintain ratios.
• Supervise participants for safety and engagement.
• Coordinate with school personnel to align academic activities with YMCA goals.
• Provide positive behavior guidance and support to students.
