Job summary

The YMCA of San Diego County is seeking a Site Supervisor for the La Jolla location. You will lead the school-age program, supervise staff, plan youth activities, maintain records, and ensure safety and compliance with licensing and YMCA policies.

You will coordinate with school staff and families, supervise daily operations, manage staff hours, and guide youth in a positive, educational environment. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older and a high school graduate.
• AA or BA in Child Development is highly desirable; related fields may apply.
• Minimum 1-4 years in child/youth development or related setting.
