Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required and 3+ years in an educational facility with direct contact with children and supervision of staff.
• Ability to relate to both children and adults; demonstrate YMCA values.
• Must be at least 21 years old at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision and quality control to the site.
• Maintain child:staff ratios.
• Supervise all site staff and create a positive atmosphere.
• Plan and implement organized activities based on the mandated curriculum.
• Communicate with parents about the program and child participation.
