Job summary

Wisconsin Youth Company in the Madison area is seeking a site supervisor for our after-school programs located in local school buildings. This year-round role includes daily operations, staff leadership, and program oversight.

The Ideal Candidate will plan lessons for grades 4K-5, manage a budget, purchase materials, and ensure quality standards. Flexible hours and some remote work when possible are available.

What You’ll Do

Position Summary:The site supervisoris responsible forthe daily operations of their assigned after school program. Responsibilities include lesson planning for children in grades4K-5, managing a staff team,purchasingprogram materials, managing a monthly budget, and ensuring program quality standards are met.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

• Mustbe18years of age


• Hascompleted college-level(or equivalent)courses inEducation (early childhood, elementary, or related)


• Should feel confident managing a large group of children


• Isorganized and has leadership abilities


• Has experience with DCF state licensing


• Values relationships andhasstrong written and verbal communication skills
