Job summary

Wisconsin Youth Company in Madison, WI is seeking a Teen Center Group Leader to supervise youth during indoor and outdoor activities and support daily routines. This school year, with a possibility to join the summer team, up to 19 hours per week, Mon–Thu 3:00–7:00 PM and Fri 3:00–6:00 PM, up to $17.75 per hour.

Ideal candidate: 18+, high school diploma or GED, ability to supervise children, and commitment to a safe, engaging environment; benefits include 10 paid holidays, 6 additional paid

Responsibilities

• Supervise youth during indoor and outdoor activities

• Support program operations including dinner preparation, activity set-up and clean-up
• Assist with neighborhood center events and community initiatives during the school year

What You'll Do

Position Summary: TheTeen Center Group Leader supervises youth during indoor and outdoor activities, guides daily group routines, and supports overall program operations through tasks such as dinner preparation, activity set-up, and clean-up. This position also works closely with the Site Supervisor to ensure a high-quality program experience and mayassistwith neighborhood center events and community initiatives throughout the school year.

This is a school year position with theoptionto join our summer team .

Up to $17.75 per hour, pay is based on education and experience

Part-time,up to19hours per week,Monday-Thursday3:00-7p.m.,Friday3:00-6:00p.m.

Requirements
