Wisconsin Youth Company is seeking a part-time Teen Center Group Leader in Madison to supervise youth during activities, guide daily routines, and assist with program operations, including set-up and clean-up. The role partners with the Site Supervisor to deliver a safe, engaging experience during the school year.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Position Summary: The Teen Center Group Leader supervises youth during indoor and outdoor activities, guides daily group routines, and supports overall program operations through tasks such as dinner preparation, activity set-up, and clean-up. This position also works closely with the Site Supervisor to ensure a high-quality program experience and may assist with neighborhood center events and community initiatives throughout the school year.

Hours & Pay

This is a school year position with theoptionto join our summer team.

Up to $17.75 per hour, pay is based on education and experience

Part-time, up to 19 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 3:00-7 p.m., Friday 3:00-6:00 p.m.
