Job summary

Wisconsin Youth Company in Madison is seeking a part-time Group Leader to supervise and engage children in 4K–5 during indoor and outdoor play at After School programs. You will support the site supervisor with daily tasks like snack prep and program setup and help in community events throughout the school year.

The ideal candidate is at least 18, with a high school diploma or GED, and experience with children.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to supervise an active group of children.
• Experience working with children in any setting.
• Values building relationships with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children in 4K-5 during indoor and outdoor play at After School programs.
• Walk with and assist the site supervisor with daily tasks such as snack preparation and program setup/takedown.
• Assist in neighborhood center community event initiatives throughout the school year.
