Job summary

Think Together in Adelanto, CA, is hiring an Assistant Site Coordinator to lead and support the Expanded Learning program on site. You will work closely with the Site Program Manager to ensure high-quality programming and compliance with grant requirements.

The role requires strong communication, supervisory experience, and the ability to organize schedules, supervise staff, and coordinate events and field trips. Full-time position with a $22.00/hour pay rate and dedicated site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Six months experience working with youth in a classroom or afterschool setting.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience in a supervisory role preferred, especially in afterschool programs or schools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or assist in managing day-to-day operations of the expanded learning program.
• Supervise program staff and instructors.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring recommendations, and performance evaluations.
• Provide training and ongoing support to staff.
• Develop and organize program schedules including academics, recreation, and enrichment activities.
• Plan events and field trips and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
