Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood or K-12 Education, Psychology, Social Work, Physical Education, or related field (strongly preferred)
• 3–4 years of experience with children ages 4–11 in academic or recreational settings
• 2+ years of leadership experience (leading a team of staff and/or programs with 50+ children)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site lead for after-school programming, overseeing structure, transitions, and schedules
• Supervise a team of 5–15 part-time staff and lead daily huddles and weekly meetings
• Maintain attendance, incidents, and schedules using Paycom, Asana, and related systems
• Coordinate program design, enrichment activities, and family communications
• Ensure safety, documentation, and high-quality programming aligned with Kids in the Game standards
