Responsibilities

• Oversee program staff and operations to meet standards and contract requirements.
• Conduct staff evaluations and develop plans with Program Manager and HR.
• Lead weekly/monthly team meetings for feedback, planning, and social-emotional learning.
• Coordinate community outreach and actively recruit program participants.
• Prepare reports and program documents for internal/external use.
• Provide weekly supervision and feedback to staff and ensure compliance.
