Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking teachers to lead, coach and mentor staff while delivering our curriculum in a safe, nurturing classroom. You will work with children to support their early learning, build confidence, and connect with families to share progress and goals.

The role emphasizes teamwork with center staff and leadership to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, with opportunities for growth. Strong English communication and CPR/First Aid readiness are valued.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
