Qualifications

• Provide outstanding customer service and organize multiple tasks effectively.
• Possess CDA credential or be pursuing NAEYC candidacy.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom with feedback.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum respecting each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education.
• Support center success toward enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community and partners.
