Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to lead and mentor staff, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, engaging learning environment for children. You’ll partner with families to deliver high-quality care and education across our centers.

The role emphasizes collaboration with center staff and leadership to support enrollment, accreditation, and student engagement, while meeting state requirements and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Willingness to obtain state qualifications, CPR and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Support center success by working with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
