Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated teachers to guide and mentor colleagues, deliver our curriculum, and create a safe, engaging environment for children. You will partner with families to support each child’s growth and work with center leadership to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals.

This role requires strong customer service, organization, and communication skills, plus relevant credentials and a willingness to obtain state-specific qualifications.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Possess active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
