KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead, coach, and mentor fellow teachers while implementing our curriculum and creating a safe, nurturing environment for children. You will also connect with families to support the child's development and learning.

In this role you will collaborate with center staff to drive enrollment, maintain quality standards for licensing, and contribute to a positive, supportive workplace across our centers.

Formación

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum for individual children.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for children to play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers and authorities.
