Job summary

Boulder Valley School District is seeking a School Age Care Supervisor to plan and run developmentally appropriate before/after school care aligned with district curricula. This role leads staff, monitors student safety, and communicates with families to ensure a high-quality experience for children.

Position is 0.75 FTE (30 hours/week) with program hours 2:00 PM-6:00 PM, 203-day schedule, and a pay range of $28.46-$30.81 per hour. Closing date is Sep 20, 2026.

Qualifications

• Communicate (read, write and speak) in English.
• One year of experience in SAC supervision is preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation of SAC program and attendance.
• Monitor enrollment, safety, staff-child ratios, and behavior guidance.
• Maintain records per state and district guidelines.
• Design age-appropriate activities aligned to curricula and social-emotional goals.
• Collaborate with school staff to support academic and social-emotional needs.
• Supervise site staff and conduct ongoing meetings and evaluations.
• Coordinate with families and community agencies; communicate program info monthly.
